Located on the West Side of Manhattan, Chelsea is a primarily residential neighborhood known for its vibrant restaurants, art galleries, and a mix of apartment blocks and townhouses.

This art-focused and fashion-driven neighborhood is home to the Garment District and the world-renowned Fashion Institute of Technology. This neighborhood is home to over 200 art galleries and many of New York City’s showrooms. 

Pennsylvania Station, known as Penn Station, and Madison Square Garden, home to the New York Knicks and New York Rangers, are also located in this historic Manhattan neighborhood.
