Tribeca, usually written as TriBeCa, gets its name from Triangle Below Canal Street. Tribeca is known as a residential neighborhood and a prime location, especially for those working Downtown. Tribeca is a very young and family-friendly neighborhood where many New York City residents call home.

Tribeca is a chic enclave filled with cobblestone streets, art galleries, and upscale stores. There is an aura of refined sophistication meets cool that has enticed many to create roots in the luxury buildings and lofts in Tribeca.
